For Your Convenience
You may choose to have sessions LIVE at Kathie’s private Reiki studio or LIVE Virtual via Zoom. Session are 1 hour. Investment: $85. Recommended: Comitting to 3 sessions. Altho clients get incredible results from a single session, sessions build one on another. Sessions include 5-10 min check, 30-45 min. table work, and 10-15 minute integration.

There are two appointment options: Live at Kathie’s private Reiki studio (you will receive the address with your confirmation email) or LIVE Virtual via Zoom (you will receive a Zoom link with your confirmation).

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment so you have time to settle in and we can begin on time. NEW STUDENTS, please allow an 1 hour and 15 minutes allowing a bit of extra time to get to know each other.
Sessions are one hour. The session includes 5-15 minutes check-in and intention setting, 30-45 minutes table time, and 10-15 minutes for integration and discussion. Know that the Reiki is flowing for the entire session (and for many of you it will continue to flow even after its over).
For optimal integration of your session:
Drink plenty of water. This helps to release any toxins.
If possible, set aside some “me time” in your schedule after your appointment. It can feel rushed to jump right back into the demands of life.
Reiki continues to offer subtle messages for hours, days or sometimes weeks after your session. You may find it helpful to journal or be in Nature.
